The prestigious Keystone Awards gala took place at the Delta Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops, British Columbia, last September 22. At this very popular event, one of our long-time partners, Mibroc Group, won the Best Multi-Family Development Award with its Paloma Building. Mibroc Group owes its prize to the ingenuity of its Paloma Building residential community based at the Sun Rivers Golf Resort in Kamloops. The multi-million dollar project is the perfect mix of quality construction, proximity to services, and quality of life. The 25,000-square-foot housing estate on the side of the arid mountains of the Okanagan Valley has six buildings comprising 450 condos and a shopping centre with stores, services and restaurants, all built within 10 minutes of ski trails, hiking trails and a golf course.
